1. Eligible Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Flawed or damaged product (for example: arrives empty/dead in function, leaking, or damaged)
Incorrect product sent (as confirmed by our team).
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Opened or disposable vapes (for sanitary / hygiene purposes).
Change of mind (except when state law mandates otherwise).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
2. Time Frame
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be handled within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. How to Start a Return

Order Number
Videos or photos of the issue(s)
We will approve and respond within 24 hours with instructions.
We will provide you with a return label to ship back the product to us.
4. Methods of Refund
Original payment (credit/debit, PayPal,Apple Pay etc.).
Store credit (if preferred by the customer)
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. To Exchange
If you want a different flavor or device, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost — as long as the return meets the criteria above.
6. Legal Compliance and Age Verification
Every return requires proof that the purchaser is legally old enough to vape (21+).
We may withhold refunds if we can’t confirm the age.
